What to expect within the monthly event?

Duration will be approx. 25 days for each event

• Invite to a private social media group, to give access and interaction with like minded people
• Daily posts on exercises & resources
• Continuous direct support throughout the duration, you can reach out to me directly or utilize this group of wonderful individuals
• Variety of Printouts or emailed resources, I can give your daily exercise prompts up to a week ahead if you know you cannot be around for the morning alerts

They will each be approx. $25 for the month access, transfer or payment through the website can be done or you can CHOSE (3) CLASSES AND PAY $45!! which equals to $15 a month!!
