In this program you will be guided daily, on acceptance of Oneself. This happens when we embrace our Shadow Self. We as humans, have a tendency to disregard traits of ourselves that we feel are not acceptable. But to come to loving oneself, means loving oneself unconditionally and seeing the duality of the full human experience.
- Program consists of:
- Daily posts on Shadow Journal Prompts
- Continuous direct support throughout the 4 weeks
- 1-1 and a private group
- Variety of Printouts or emailed resources, I can give your daily journals prompts up to a week ahead if you know you cannot be around for the morning alerts
This program will start in a Waning Gibbous Moon Phase, October 1 Your insight will be heightened during the waning period, so this is a powerful time for shadow work, and with the Lions Gate Ascension Shift coming will give you even a deeper connection and many new self discoveries.
